[Pvx] Webmin

That who was me, and I'm not here to claim credit. I'm just broadcasting
this so that everyone who deals in the *nix world will try it out. Webmin
is a GREAT administrative tool. Some colleagues of mine turned me on to it
about 7 months ago.

As I've went through many generations of Red Hat's distributions, I found
the built in configuration tools kept changing. It was hard to remember
what was where, especially when talking a client through something over the
phone. Webmin made this much easier, plus I could get them to operate it
from any PC in the LAN. Most Linux distributions support Red Hat's RPM
package manager, so it becomes real easy now to install if you download the
RPM version. I highly recommend it.
