Joe,

The SETMOUSE ON|OFF command was created for MS-Dos versions of ProvideX, and
do not affect the windows version.

To do what you wish you need to either

A) create and destroy the setmouse regions as needed

B) keep a flag that tells you to ignore the CTL values from the setmouse
regions you do not want active.
